About Macro Impact Consulting

Macro Impact Consulting is a collaboration between Sigrid Macdonald, Deaf cultural consultant, Second Nature Strategies and Dr Louise Munro of Envision Support and Research.

Our allyship philosophy means we work in a collaborative team combining Deaf lived experience and clinical experience in a culturally affirmative and innovative model of practice.

We have a selection of stand alone video-on-demand modules and bundles to choose from. We also have a selection of free resources available.

Self-Paced, Video-On-Demand Learning Modules

Each module is presented in Auslan and English, with captions available. The content is presented in chapters with links to external material, references and further reading. The modules can be watched at the pace you choose and upon completion a professional development certificate is available for download. There are video shorts available on our youtube channel to give you an idea of the content and style of each module
